Appreciation & Love have come up a few times for me this past week. So, I thought I would write a post and see if I we could have a dialogue about Appreciation.

This past week I am starting to give gifts of appreciation to the speakers of our local Linkedin Mix & Market business networking. They seemed to be well received, you can read more about it at Heart@Work.

My question is “Do you feel appreciated? What’s your experience when you are being appreciated?”

I found this quote that Mother Theresa said, “There is more hunger for Love & Appreciation in this world than for bread.”

Appreciation is said to be a powerful tool to shift perspective. Its like a gift of discovery. What you give comes back to you. When you sincerely appreciate others the more magnetic energy of appreciation attracts very fulfilling life experiences. I found an Appreciation movie that you can even watch a pre-view of.

Just for the sake of discussion, can you share with me how Appreciation feels to you?
